Approval for all curriculums will follow the order of the steps outlined below
Approach & Process PresentationDraft templates completed
Draft templates completed by program/discipline faculty volunteers
Faculty invited to review and revise
All program/discipline faculty invited to review and revise templates
APRC reviews templates
Aligned Program Review Committee (APRC) - reviews templates for consistency with alignment guidelines
SF ASA CC approves templates for Distribution
Students First Academic and Student Affairs Consolidation Committee (SF ASA CC) - approves templates to be distributed for campus endorsement
Templates go to campuses
Degree and certificate program templates go to campuses for endorsement
APRC reviews endorsement
Aligned Program Review Committee (APRC) - reviews campus endorsement votes and feedback
SF ASA CC approves templates
Students First Academic and Student Affairs Consolidation Committee (SF ASA CC) approves templates to be forwarded to CCIC
CCIC approves templates
College Consolidation Implementation Committee (CCIC) - approves templates to be forwarded to Academic Deans Council
Academic Deans Council reviews curriculum
Academic Deans Council reviews curriculum to be forwarded to BOR-ASA
BOR-ASA approves templates
Board of Regents-Academic and Student Affairs (BOR-ASA) approves templates to be forwarded to BOR
Board of Regents (BOR) approves curriculum
State/External Agencies
BOR approved curriculum forwarded to state/external agencies as needed (e.g., Office of Higher Education)
