Business and Entrepreneurship Workshops

Whether you’re looking to launch your first business, grow a side hustle, or sharpen your professional skills, our Business and Entrepreneurship Workshops give you the tools and confidence to succeed!
These short, focused sessions are designed for all experience levels—no business degree required.
You’ll learn practical skills you can apply right away, including:
- Writing a simple, effective business plan
- Budgeting and managing your money
- Building a brand and marketing your ideas
- Using essential tools and technology
- Pitching your ideas and networking with confidence
Workshops are offered online and in person, with flexible schedules to fit your life. They’re open to CT State students and community members, so you can connect with other aspiring entrepreneurs in a supportive learning environment.

Financial Aid and Funding Options
Students in our non-credit career programs are not eligible for federal financial aid or free college funding. However, there are alternative funding options available, such as WIOA, SNAP, and scholarships.
