About Tuition Waivers
- Senior citizen tuition waivers are available only for courses taken during the fall and spring terms.
- Students must be 62 or older to qualify.
- Only credit-bearing courses are eligible for tuition waivers.
- Both in-person and online courses are eligible for waivers.
- Students may take multiple courses each semester using the tuition waiver.
- Classes may be taken for a grade or as an audit.
- Audit designations are noted in myCTState after the census date (live).
- Please note that there are restrictions related to the use of senior citizen waivers (Statute C.G.A. 10a-77(d)(3)).
Tuition**, as well as college service, student activity and application fees, will be waived. However, lab and studio fees will not be waived and must be paid at the time of registration.
