Search for clubs by campus or interest below. If you see a club listed on a different campus that you'd like to start on yours, reach out to your Student Activities office to get started. You may also get involved in your campus' student government.

PRIDE (People Respecting Individual Diversity Everywhere)

The purpose of PRIDE is to support gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, questioning, intersex, and straight students on campus, organize and promote social activities, and educate members and others on campus about LGBTQIA+ issues. All personal issues discussed during meetings, including members’ names and sexual orientation, shall be strictly confidential. No member shall discuss personal information regarding any member, advisor, or associate with non-members or in the presence of non-members.

Social Justice Association

The Social Justice Club is a student-led organization designed to increase awareness of social issues within the college and the wider community. It provides opportunities for students to gain knowledge about the social work major and issues related to the profession of social work. The Club recognizes the needs of CT State Capital students and through the Capital Cares Food Pantry strives to bridge those needs. Furthermore, the Club offers volunteer opportunities, leadership experiences, career exploration, and fellowship with students and faculty.

The Senior Ambassadors Club

Our purpose is to be a beacon of comradery, support, and enthused participation not only for our fellow members but all for CT States students. We want to advocate for shared issues and concerns among our peer group, and actively participate in other student groups and activities to bring awareness and school spirit throughout our college community as well as the greater Hartford community.

Veterans Club (VETS: Veterans Empowering Themselves To Succeed)

The purpose of VETS is to assist CT State Capital veterans and their dependents in networking, and to serve as a liaison for the veteran’s community outside the college.
