Enter the information requested below and your signature will appear at the bottom of this page. Instructions will be provided there about how to move the signature into Outlook email.
*Some faculty and staff may hold additional roles on campus that they feel are important to note in their signature, i.e. Chair, Academic Senate; Faculty Advisor, Spanish Club.
How To Move Your Signature Into Outlook Web Access (OWA)
- Select the signature below by clicking and holding the mouse button above the first letter in your name, hold down the mouse button and drag the mouse pointer past the bottom right of the social media logos and release the mouse button. This should select the entire contents of the signature.
- Copy the signature by pressing CTRL-C on your keyboard.
- Open Outlook Web Access (OWA) in your web browser, you can find it here https://outlook.office.com/mail/. Log in if requested.
- Click on the gear icon in the upper-right corner of the window.
- Click on Compose and reply.
- Click on Edit Signature Name, type in "CT State Signature".
- Click on + New Signature.
- Click in the large blank area below that and press CTRL-V on your keyboard to paste your signature.
- Click the Save button in the lower right of the Compose and reply window.
- Click the X in the upper right of the Compose and reply window to close it.
- Now compose a new email and note the signature that appears at the bottom.
