Welcome to CT State Community College!

We invite all accepted, degree and certificate-seeking students to complete CT State’s CT State Online Orientation and attend an In-Person Orientation at your home CT State campus. The purpose of New Student Orientation is to prepare you to successfully transition to college. Orientation provides you with the tools to become academically and socially successful at CT State. Our goal is to ensure all students acquire the knowledge and skills for a successful transition to college and academic life.

CT State Online Orientation

All students should complete the full orientation prior to meeting with a Guided Pathways (GP) Advisor.

In-Person Orientation

In-person orientations are a chance to get to know your home campus better.
