The 23rd Annual Haitian Book & Arts Festival was recently held for its first time at NCC on Saturday, October 8, 2022. The festival was open to faculty, staff, students, and the community who were interested in celebrating Haitian culture, music, food, and so much more! In addition to the wonderful turn out of community members, CT Representative Lucy Dathan and Senator Bob Duff also showed their support by attending!
The event was sponsored by NCC’s HASTA (Haitian American Students Association) Club, HAPAC (Haitian American Professionals Association of Connecticut).
We are looking forward to having the book festival here on campus next year!
