President Maduko met New Britain Mayor Erin Stewart and shared his vision for CT State to accelerate addressing the growing needs of our diverse and dynamic communities across Connecticut and our workforce shortages through the process of improving student success to enable equitable access to high-paying careers and four-year transfer.
President Maduko attended the closing session of the Guided Pathways Advising Leadership institute, where student affairs and advising leaders in partnership with NACADA shared visions of a student-centered ecosystem where psychological safety for practitioners and students, awareness and acceptance of social and cultural identities, and the pursuit of becoming a student ready college.
